Milwaukee Bucks’ Tuesday started with excitement with the return of Bobby Portis against the Minnesota Timberwolves after being out for 25 games but midway through the game, the excitement was replaced with frustration after the team got buried to double digit lead.

The Bucks were behind by 11 points entering the second half. They were listless come the third quarter as they allowed the Wolves to outscore them, 25-34.
Things were looking desperate for them come the final frame as Minnesota held a 90-70 lead. Giannis Antetokounmpo and company had work to do and they did work.
Antetokounmpo briefly sat out the start of the fourth but when he entered by the 10 minute mark, the team went berserk to surmount the 20-point lead.
The lead ballooned to 95-71 by the 10:09 mark.
He, together with Kevin Porter Jr., disrupted the Wolves’ offense and defense. AJ Green, Bobby Portis, and Gary Trent Jr. also did their part as the starting five aren’t really effective.

Together they staged a 23-0 run to cut the lead to two with under five minutes to go.

They wrapped it up to win 110-103.
Point forward Giannis finished with a triple double for a third straight game with 23-13-10. This is also the fourth straight game he recorded double digit assists.
Milwaukee Bucks’ starting unit provided nothing?
One noticeable stat in the win was plus/minus of the starters against the bench.
Antetokounmpo was the most effective man on the floor with his +26 while the rest of the guys he started the game with has a combined +/- rating of minus 59.
The floor spacing for the Bucks when Brook and Kuzma aren’t in the game opens up so much for the offense

Hilarious how basically every single time the Bucks go on a big run the last couple months, a certain someone is on the bench

The bench mob was on full force.
KPJ outscored everyone except Giannis with his 21 points (+18). Portis made a triumphant return with his double double of 18 and 10 while Trent Jr. and Green contributed 7 and 9 points, respectively, while providing tremendous defense.
