The Milwaukee Bucks scored their sixth win of the season on Monday against the Chicago Bulls. It was an important victory for Milwaukee not only because they defeated one of their Central Division rivals but also, they were able to break their two-game losing streak.
It has been a roller coaster ride for this new-look Bucks side to start the season, and it appears that this is already taking its toll on the team.
Adrian Griffin Claims ‘Dark Cloud’ Looming Over Milwaukee Bucks

The Bucks got a nice boost from rookie Andre Jackson Jr. during Monday’s win over Chicago. Veteran swingman Jae Crowder was recently diagnosed with a major groin injury that will keep him out for two months, and it was good to see Jackson fill some of the void Crowder left against the Bulls.
Coach Griffin revealed that Jackson’s spark was something the team direly needed amid their current situation:
“We need that right now, because sometimes there’s a little dark cloud around us for whatever reason,” said Griffin, via Lori Nickel of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
“… They’re juggling more than what people know. We don’t disclose everything.”

Griffin shed more light on his cryptic statement by detailing some of the issues his players have been dealing with of late. Needless to say, they have a lot on their plate right now:
“Different lineups, minute restrictions, having a new coach, trying to learn different language – different terminology, and then going out there and have to perform to a high level,” said Griffin. “They’ve been tremendously awesome, just with the professionalism, trying to buy in. This hasn’t been easy on them.
“Jae (Crowder) is out. Dame (Damian Lillard), in and out. Khris (Middleton) is still kind of on minute restrictions. It has been a lot for them. So, I want to tip my hat off to our players.”

I guess the silver lining here is that it should only get better from here on out. There will still be a lot of bumps along the way, but with a stronger and more bonded unit, the Bucks should be able to weather any storm.
