The Milwaukee Brewers offense has been on fire over the last four games.  They scored 34 runs during a three game series against the Atlanta Braves and then added eight more during Friday night’s home opener against the Cincinnati Reds.  At the center of their offense during this stretch has been Willy Adames and his latest three run home run made franchise history.

Willy Adames clobberred an early three run home run against the Cincinnati Reds.

In the first inning of Friday’s game Willy Adames got the Brewers scoring party started with a three run home run.  He now has four home runs over his last four games in which he had a home run on August 8 against the Braves and a multi-home run game on August 6.  Additionally he has had a few just miss home runs as well.

According to Mike Vassallo Willy Adames now has a Major League best nine three run home runs this season.  He also has surpassed a Brewers franchise record held by multiple players who have hit eight three run homers in a season.  The last Milwaukee player with eight three run home runs in a season was Jesus Aguilar in 2018.

The nine 3-run homers for Willy Adames this season set a new franchise record.

    The following players had eight:

    Hisle (1978)
    Jaha (1996)
    Burnitz (1998)
    Fielder (2009)
    McGehee (2010)
    Shaw (2017)
    Aguilar (2018)#ThisIsMyCrew | @willya02

As an impending free agent Willy Adames currently has put together a season consisting of 21 home runs, 79 RBI, and a .792 OPS.  In a post game interview in which video was provided by David Gasper of Reviewing the Brew he said he is currently focused on maintaining his production.  Adames is also one player who has his sights set on playing all 162 regular season games.

Willy Adames on this offensive outburst:

“When that starts happening now, in August. That’s when teams get hot to go to the postseason, and that’s what we want. We’re going in the right direction now and just have to hold that” pic.twitter.com/nEqMDOVnCd
