Below we have a Milwaukee Brewers vs San Francisco Giants series preview including team news, probable starting pitchers, as well as an injury report.
Milwaukee Brewers (18-13) News
After a good April the Brewers are slumping to begin May. They most recently were swept by the Colorado Rockies and have two more consecutive series against National League West opponents. In Colorado the team looked out of sync, so they will be looking to put those troubles behind them and get back to playing a good brand of baseball.
San Francisco Giants (13-17) News
Over their last 10 games, the Giants are 6-4. While they are starting to play better baseball, strikeouts have been an issue for their offense. They currently have struck out the most in baseball with 317 strikeouts. To make matters worse their pitching staff is near the bottom third in regards to ERA and the bullpen has blown six save opportunities.
