Milwaukee Brewers Hall of Famer Robin Yount met rising star Jackson Chourio for the first time during a special hosted by Jon Morosi on MLB Network. Yount, age 69, spent 20 MLB seasons with the Brew Crew and debuted at age 18. Chourio debuted in the big leagues this year, a few weeks after turning 20 years old, and is set to remain a Brewer until at minimum 2031.

More: Five highlights from the Brewers division clinching celebration.
Jackson Chourio got emotional watching a video of fans storming County Stadium when the Milwaukee Brewers won the 1982 pennant.
Captured in the above video is footage of Jackson Chourio watching the final out of the 1982 League Championship game. After Robin Yount made the final out fans stormed the baseball field and celebrated with the team. Watching this made Jackson Chourio emotional and he said, “You can see that not only did the team win, but so did the fans.”
Jackson Chourio has a chance to make a significant impact in Milwaukee just like Robin Yount did.
Last off-season Jackson Chourio signed the largest contract extension of any player who had not yet made his MLB debut. This contract will keep him in Milwaukee for at least eight seasons but potentially more. Between how young and talented he is and the fact that the Brewers rewarded his hard work with this opportunity and a contract he could remain with the organization for a long time and make a significant impact in the franchise just like Robin Yount did.
