The Milwaukee Brewers are 25-17 and in first place in the National League Central Division. They currently lead the Chicago Cubs (and former manager Craig Counsell) by a game and a half, and the third-place Pittsburgh Pirates by six and a half games. Both the St. Louis Cardinals and the Cincinnati Reds are seven games behind Milwaukee.
The Brewers themselves may not be surprised by their early season success. After all, this kind of production, and the way they go about it, is what Milwaukee baseball has become known for. They have relied on the play of young rookies and second-year players to fill in spots in the lineup alongside their stars Christian Yelich and William Contreras.
For one of those young rookies, however, it seems like he will have to wait a while before he is in a Major League lineup again.
The Milwaukee Brewers Send Oliver Dunn to Triple-A

The Brewers finish up their series against the Pittsburgh Pirates today after a 4-3 win on Tuesday night. However, this morning, the team announced that one of its rookies, who has been up with the Major League club all season, has been demoted to Triple-A Nashville:

Oliver Dunn is hitting .226/.278/.333 with a home run a six RBI so far this season. While he has provided stellar defense at third base, his hitting, especially against left-handed pitching, has left much to be desired.
Today, the Brewers are facing left-handed starting pitcher Martin Perez.
The Milwaukee Brewers Have a New Rookie in Chris Roller

Chris Roller was first drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 30th round of the 2017 amateur draft. After two seasons in the Dodgers organization, Roller was acquired by the Cleveland Guardians.
Last August, the Brewers acquired Roller from the Guardians for cash. He has been playing every outfield position for Triple-A Nashville.
This season, Roller is hitting .237/286/.339 with eight RBI.
This is Roller’s first callup to the Major Leagues.
