Two Milwaukee Brewers participated in the 2024 Pepsi Home Run Festival (a home run derby that took place in Venezuela). Jackson Chourio had a good showing and lost in the finals to Eugenio Suarez. On the other hand, William Contreras was knocked out by the eventual champion in the first round.

Milwaukee Brewers catcher William Contreras was knocked out in the first round

During the opening round, William Contreras managed to hit three home runs. This was not enough as he was knocked out by Eugenio Suarez.
Jackson Chourio performed quite well in the home run derby

Overall, Jackson Chourio had quite the day in the home run derby. He opened the event with seven home runs and then followed that up by hitting 12 in the semi finals; which was the most among all players in that round as Eugenio Suarez had 11 and Andrés Chaparro 10. In the final round, Chourio mustered together six home runs whereas Suarez hit 12.
