Milwaukee Brewers rookie Jackson Chourio has been flashing superstar abilities over the past two months. Within his two month hot streak lies an impressive stretch of games with multiple hits and most recently his first career multi-home run game. His multi-home run game against the Atlanta Braves also put him in the history books.
Jackson Chourio started heating up at the plate in early June.
Entering play on June 2 Jackson Chourio had a season OPS of .575. Since then (prior to the game on August 8) he has slashed .332/.375/.511/.866 with seven home runs, 11 doubles, and eight stolen bases. On August 8 against the Atlanta Braves he then proceeded to collect three more hits, two home home runs, and drive in four runs.

Against Atlanta Jackson Chourio teed off on their pitchers to the tune of his first career multi-home run game. At 20 years old he became the youngest player in Brewers franchise history to accomplish this and the youngest to do this in the league since Vladimir Guerrero Jr In 2019.
Jackson Chourio also has an impressive stretch of games with multiple hits.
The Brewers have played 16 games since the All-Star break concluded. During that stretch Jackson Chourio has collected multiple hits in 12 contests. In just two games post All-Star break he has failed to collect a hit.
It is nice to see Jackson Chourio having sustained success in the big leagues. His season numbers are up to 14 home runs, 50 RBI, 15 stolen bases, and a .763 OPS. He is in position to be a finalist for the 2024 Rookie of the Year award.
