Nearly one month into the 2023 regular season the 16-9 Milwaukee Brewers are currently right where they expected to be entering the year, which is near the top of the National League Central and National League standings. As of today, Milwaukee trails the surprisingly hot Pittsburgh Pirates (18-8) in which they have the best record in the National League. The opposite can be said for the St. Louis Cardinals. They are last in the division and near the bottom of the league standings with a 10-16 record.
This topic was recently discussed on Foul Territory TV with Brewers analyst Vinny Rottino. Scott Braun proposed the question as to if Brewers fans were laughing at the turmoil occurring with the St. Louis Cardinals. Rottino’s response was, “definitely laughing.”
Brewers fans, how much are you loving this start to the season in Milwaukee and St. Louis? 😅 @VinnyRottino

Milwaukee Brewers analyst Vinny Rottino hopes the team can build a big lead against the struggling St. Louis Cardinals.
Rottino’s full response to Braun’s question was, “Everyone is taking very good pleasure in the fact that the Cardinals are struggling. Right now their pitching does not look good. You know that they will turn it around, but all the teams in the central are probably thinking lets build a big enough lead against the Cardinals because you know that they will be charging come second half.”
