The Milwaukee Brewers this season have a 42-30 record and lead the National League Central. With the departure of Craig Counsell in the offseason, many people thought the Brewers would not be the same. They have been just fine with Pat Murphy managing this baseball team.

Milwaukee can very well have a couple of players on the roster go to the MLB-All-Star Game this season on July 16 in Arlington, Texas at Globe Life Field. The offense has been one of the biggest stories this season for the Milwaukee Brewers.
Milwaukee Brewers Catcher William Contreras and Outfielder Christian Yelich are Both In Line To Start For the National League In the 2024 MLB All-Star Game

On Monday, an update was given on the MLB All-Star Game voting for 2024. In the National League, Milwaukee Brewers catcher William Contreras leads the NL in votes for the catcher position with 746,461 votes. This is not a surprise because he has been the best catcher in the National League all year.
In 70 games played so far this season, he has a .305 batting average with nine home runs and 48 RBIs, along with five stolen bases. Contreras also has a .367 on-base percentage. Right behind him in the voting, J.T. Realmuto of the Philadelphia Phillies is in second with 558,624 votes.
MLB.com writer Thomas Harrigan wrote about William Contreras leading the votes for the catcher position in the National League:
“It’s been more than 40 years (Ted Simmons in 1983) since a Brewers catcher has won the fan vote to start the All-Star Game, but Contreras could potentially end that drought in 2024. The 26-year-old drew the start as the NL DH in 2022, replacing an injured Harper, but this would be his first All-Star starting nod behind the plate. Realmuto, who recently underwent surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his right knee, and Smith are in a close race to advance to Phase 2 along with Contreras.”
In the outfield for the National League, Christian Yelich is second in votes for the outfield with 821,037. The only player with more votes than him in the outfield is Jurickson Profar of the San Diego Padres with 900,541 votes.
Christian Yelich for the Milwaukee Brewers has played in 46 games so far this season. He has a .326 batting average with six home runs and 31 RBIs, along with 14 stolen bases and one caught stealing attempt. Yelich also had a .403 on-base percentage.
Interestingly, he is second in the National League in outfield voting. He doesn’t have the power numbers, but Christian Yelich’s batting average and stolen bases this year stands out to them.
Shortstop Willy Adames Is Also Receiving Votes For the All-Star Game

Brewers shortstop Willy Adames is fifth in the National League for shortstops in voting. The leader for shortstop is Los Angeles Dodgers Mookie Betts. Adames has only 137,323 votes. Betts has 1,023,690.
Adames has been one of the best players on the Milwaukee Brewers roster this season. In 72 games played, he has a .241 batting average with 12 home runs and 51 RBIs, along with 10 stolen bases and two caught stealing attempts. Willy Adames also has a .329 on-base percentage.
