The Milwaukee Brewers won 93 games, finished first in the National League Central division and made the MLB postseason despite missing the services of star outfielder Christian Yelich for a big chunk of the season.
Yelich’s season ended in August after it was decided that he had to have surgery on his back. Rehab was initially considered in addressing his back issue but surgery was ultimately deemed as the best solution.
In what was his first post on Instagram since early December, Yelich shared a series of photos that recapped his 2024 experience. He also captioned the post with “2024 ✅.”
Among the photos he shared showed him on a hospital bed, likely after back surgery. Yelich concluded the slide with a photo of the American Family Field after the Brewers won the NL Central for the third time in four seasons.
