The Milwaukee Brewers defeated the Chicago Cubs 10-6 on Wednesday, May 29. They scored seven runs off the sensational Shota Imanaga in which Christian Yelich and Blake Perkins both had home runs off of him. In addition to hitting a home run Perkins robbed a home run in center field and also had a second incredible defensive play as well.
Blake Perkins took Shota Imanaga deep to give the Milwaukee Brewers a 7-1 lead over the Chicago Cubs.
Milwaukee entered the third inning up by a score of 2-1. They ended up plating a run on a Willy Adames RBI single, two runs off a Gary Sanchez double, and then another two from a Blake Perkins home run. This five run inning blew the game wide open.

Prior to hitting a home run Blake Perkins brought one back defensively.
Before the Brewers put up five runs in the bottom of the third inning centerfielder Blake Perkins brought a home run back during the top half of the inning. Christopher Morel was the hitter robbed of a home run and Bryse Wilson was on the mound for Milwaukee.

During the seventh inning Blake Perkins had an incredible diving catch in center field.
With Ian Happ up to bat for the Cubs and Enoli Paredes on the mound for the Brewers Blake Perkins got a great jump on a ball hit near the center field wall. He ended up making a diving catch on the warning track to rob Happ of extra bases.

Milwaukee went on to win this game 10-6. They have won two out of three games played against the Cubs in this series so far with the fourth and final game being played on Thursday, May 30.
