The Milwaukee Brewers have 10 players who are eligible for arbitration based salaries this off-season. Arbitration is the process by which players still under team control determine their salary for the upcoming season. Players become eligible for arbitration based on MLB service time (at least three years) and salaries are made by identifying them to comparable players.
Here we provide the salary estimates for the 10 arbitration eligible Brewers players for the 2025 season.

2025 salary projections for arbitration eligible Milwaukee Brewers pitchers

Seven Brewers pitchers are eligible for salary via arbitration in 2025. The player name and salary projection is listed below.
- Aaron Civale $8.0 million
- Devin Williams $7.7 million ($10.5 million club option/250k buyout)
- Joel Payamps $2.8 million
- Hoby Milner $2.7 million
- Trevor Megill $2.0 million
- Bryse Wilson $1.5 million
- Nick Mears $900,000
Out of this group the decision surrounding Devin Williams is perhaps the most interesting. The Brewers and Williams avoided arbitration last season (before his injury announcement) and set up a club option for 2025 to potentially avoid arbitration again. However he spent more than half of 2024 injured and as a result his salary is only projected to increase by $700,000. Milwaukee can decline the club option, pay him the $250,000 buyout, and still hold him under team control. In doing this they would have a strong case of saving the organization approximately $2.8 million.
2025 salary projections for arbitration eligible Milwaukee Brewers position players.

In total three Brewers position players are eligible for arbitration this off-season. Williams Contreras is the biggest name in which he is inline for a massive pay increase during his first year of being arbitration eligible.
- Williams Contreras $7.6 million
- Jake Bauers $2.3 million
- Eric Haase $1.8 million
These salary projections were provided courtesy of MLB Trade Rumors. They are important to know as the Brewers will have until the middle of November to tender contracts to players. Players who are not tendered contracts will become free agents.
