Four players scored in double figures against Georgetown for head coach Shaka Smart. Chase Ross is a player to watch for during the remainder of the college basketball season. Ross scored 27 points, grabbed three rebounds, and recorded two assists in the last game.
Kam Jones scored 11 points, grabbed four rebounds, and recorded five assists. Stevie Mitchell scored 13 points and David Joplin also added 12 points for the Marquette Golden Eagles.
Players To Watch For On DePaul
DePaul last played on Saturday 1/11 against the Xavier Musketeers. Chris Holtmann is the head coach of the Blue Demons. Three players scored in double figures in the last game for the DePaul Blue Demons.
C.J. Gunn scored 16 points and grabbed seven rebounds. Jacob Meyer scored 14 points and grabbed two rebounds. N.J. Benson also added 13 points for the Blue Demons.
DePaul is looking to win its first game in conference play this season. As for Marquette, they are looking to stay undefeated in conference play and are looking to inch a little bit closer to a Big East regular season title.
