It has been a down year for Khris Middleton. He has dealt with injuries and still seems to be working his way back. Giannis Antetokounmpo and Jrue Holiday have had career years and are carrying the team. However, Middleton is still having an impact on the record. In fact, you could say he is the key to the Bucks’ success.

Khris Middleton Is Helping The Milwaukee Bucks Record
When Middleton plays, he has the best record by any player this season (minimum of 20 games). He has appeared in 22 games this season for the Bucks and the team is 18-4 when he plays. You read that right. The Bucks win over 80% of their games when Middleton is in the lineup. Even though he has not put up the kind of stats that he has in past years, he is still having an impact on winning. Obviously, the Bucks have lots of other pieces around Middleton but the fact is when he plays, the Bucks tend to be on the winning side.

Deepest Team In The NBA
The depth of this team is crazy. They defeated the Orlando Magic without Giannis or Holiday. Brook Lopez continued his hot streak. Middleton had his best game of the season. Bobby Portis continues to be a double-double machine and Jae Crowder is fitting in perfectly. This is not to mention all of the other pieces that the Bucks can throw at an opponent. There are not many teams out there that can be missing two all-stars and still come out on top.
Bucks fans are well aware of what life looks like without Middleton. Last year’s playoffs saw the Bucks lack that punch without him on the floor. While they still took the Boston Celtics to seven games, the team lacked something. This season, the hope is that everyone is ready and healthy for the playoffs. If they are, the Bucks are going to be a tough out. Khris Middleton is having an effect on the Milwaukee Bucks’ record and it might just propel them to the one seed and another finals appearance.
