Milwaukee Bucks All-Star, Khris Middleton has come through for Milwaukee Public Schools in a big way. As COVID-19 has required students to learn from home, and their families to face the economic impact of the virus, this is welcome news.
Khris is donating $25,000 to help provide kits to students and families containing cleaning, hygiene and academic supplies. The Joseph and Vera Zilber Family Trust Fund is matching Middleton’s donation.
According to a press release from the Bucks organization, the combined donation will provide MPS students with approximately 2,500 supply kits. The kits will include academic supplies including books, games, and arts and crafts supplies. Families will also benefit, as the kits will also feature cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and hand soap.

This is not Khris’ first donation supporting the people of Milwaukee during this crisis. Just a month ago, he matched the $100,000 donation made by Giannis Antetokoumnpo in support of Fiserv Forum employees impacted by the cancellation of events.
Fiserv Forum employees and now students and their families are grateful to Khris Middleton for the support.
