Keisean Nixon goes 105 yards for the kickoff return as Green Bay leads Minnesota
It didn’t take long for Keisean Nixon to make an impact in a very important Week 17 game for the Green Bay Packers.
With the playoffs on the line, the Packers could use a big win over Minnesota at home. And after special teams failed Green Bay with a blocked punt that setup a Vikings’ field goal, Keisean Nixon got it right back on the ensuing kickoff.
Nixon took the kickoff 105 yards for a touchdown and a Packers 7-3 lead. Watch as Nixon brings it all the way back to get Lambeau Field rocking on Sunday afternoon:

The kickoff return is the first for Green Bay since Week 1 of the 2011 season. Nixon’s value has been tremendous for the Packers not only on special teams but on defense as well.
And we have to continue to ask. Why do teams still kick to him? I think Minnesota will try to stay away from him the rest of the way now.
