The Green Bay Packers absolutely demolished Justin Jefferson and Minnesota Vikings on Sunday to keep their playoff hopes alive. The final was 41-17, and that was after two garbage-time touchdowns from the Vikings. The Packers dominated the game in nearly every facet on Sunday afternoon. A big contribution was Jaire Alexander and the Packers’ defense being able to effectively take Justin Jefferson out of the game. Jefferson finished the game with one reception for 15 yards on five targets. This came after Jaire Alexander called Jefferson’s Week one monster performance a “fluke.” Early in the game, Alexander broke up a pass intended for Justin Jefferson and celebrated the play by doing the “griddy,” Jefferson’s signature celebration when he scores a touchdown. After the game, Justin Jefferson had a lot to say about Alexander mocking his celebration.
Justin Jefferson Whines Post-Game About Jaire Alexander’s Celebration
After the game, Justin Jefferson was asked by reporters about that play, and this is what he had to say:
I thought it was taunting. That was first of all. I thought it was a taunting call. But it is what it is. He does that stuff to try to get into my head and stuff like that. It is what it is. Even from his comments leading into this game, it’s just talk. It’s just trying to give him that booster, that confidence, to go out there and guard me. It is what it is. We are probably going to see this team in the playoffs, so I guess we’ll see then.
Here is a video of the celebration:

Justin Jefferson claims Jaire Alexander should have been called for taunting for doing HIS OWN celebration? Am I missing something? By Jefferson’s logic, shouldn’t he be penalized every time he does it? Jaire Alexander got in Jefferson’s head from the start of the game and it showed. Jefferson, at one point, even ripped his helmet off after an interception.
Speaking of playoffs, week 18 is simple for the Packers, win and you’re in. The final game of the season will be at Lambeau Field against the Detroit Lions. The Lions handled the Chicago Bears today to improve to 8-8 on the season as well. It will be one of the biggest Packers-Lions games of recent memory.

Typical Packer backer. Can’t tell the difference between a celebration not directed at anyone and a celebration mocking a player’s signature celebration move.
Exactly if you have to explain it to him what does that have to say about him? SMH
Of course that thing from Green Bay was copying Jefferson, he’s not smart enough to be original and come up with it’s own thing.
