A lot of Green Bay Packers fans are feeling more nostalgic about Davante Adams, fueled by their loss to the eventual Super Bowl champions Philadelphia Eagles. Jordan Love’s statement about the former Packer just adds more coal to those talks.

Appearing at the Up and Adams show by Kay Adams, Love talked about his connection with Adams who left the team in 2021 for the Las Vegas Raiders.
The 32-year-old wide receiver, who won multiple individual awards as part of the Lambeau Field, is now with the New York Jets and played with another Packers legend Aaron Rodgers.
Davante, that’s my guy. Obviously I was with him for a good amount of time up in Green Bay my first couple seasons,” Love told Kay Adams.
“When I was with him, he might have dropped three passes in the years that I saw him. He’s just a phenomenal receiver, creates so much separation off the line. That’s his game, you know, killing guys off the line, and making crazy catches, and making big-time plays.”

You know, you can’t rule anything out. I’ve got a lot of love for all the organizations I’ve played for, so I wouldn’t rule out anybody. I mean that,” he said.
Jordan Love gets honest about Packers’ WR situation
Fans are getting impatient about their wide receiver situation but Love is trusting their roster.
The main quarterback believes they have a roster that is yet to reach their full potential.
He is open about signing new WRs but he is ready to work with what they have.

“It works,” Love said. “We have a great group. Definitely areas to focus on to get better, to improve upon, to get over the hump, focus on the details. I love those guys.”
Right now, the WR depth is composed of Christian Watson who got injured versus Eagles, Jayden Reed, Romeo Doubs, Bo Melton, and Malik Heath.
