The Green Bay Packers defeated the New Orleans Saints by a score of 20-10 on Friday night at Lambeau Field in front of a crowd of 71,754. The Packers are now 1-1 with one more preseason tuneup left before the season opener against the Minnesota Vikings on September 11th. You can find a box score from the win here. Below are highlights from Green Bay’s first W of the preseason:

Jordan Love uses his mobility for a first down

Love got the start behind center with Aaron Rodgers sitting out. He used his legs for an 11-yard pickup and a first down on the game’s first play. Love ran for 13 yards on three carries.

Romeo Doubs combo sparks Packers’ offense

The rookie has been one of the stars of Green Bay’s camp. He shined again on Friday night. Doubs reeled in a 17-yard pass near the sideline from Love for his longest reception of the night:

With 8:04 remaining in the second quarter, Doubs scored the game’s first touchdown. The wide receiver leaped up and high-pointed a throw from Love for the score.

    Goodness, @RomeoDoubs. 😳

    Shawn Davis Jr. recovers fumble

Davis Jr. took advantage of a mistake from the Saints’ backup QB, Ian Book. Book fumbled the ball forward, and the Packers’ defensive back scooped it off the ground and took it up the field for a 37-yard gain.

Micah Abernathy picks off Ian Book

On the Saints’ following possession, Book turned the ball over again. Abernathy jumped a route near the sideline and made a diving catch, while landing his knee in-bounds, for an interception.

Abernathy is in his first year with the Packers after signing on August 10th. He also flashed for a tackle for loss as he blew up a New Orleans screen.

Danny Etling keeps it himself for a 51-yard score

The offense was quiet in the second half until Etling showed off his sneaky wheels. The LSU alum kept the ball on a read and sprinted down the sidelines for a 51-yard rushing touchdown. Rodgers’ reaction may be the best part of the highlight:

51-yard run to the HOUSE for Danny Etling & @AaronRodgers12 is loving it!
