Grizzlies Timely Shots Outlast Bucks 128-115

In a game where both teams shot well and seemed to get out in transition; the difference in the game was the inability for the Bucks to force enough misses. The Grizzlies seemed to make deep three after deep three.

    Bucks Starting Five

The Bucks Starting five played well offensively as they scored 97 of the 115 for the Bucks. All five starters scored in double digits on the night. Both Khris Middleton and Giannis had double-doubles. Middleton had 16 points and 10 assists. While Giannis Giannis had 28 points, 11 rebounds, and eight assits. Byrn Forbes got another start in place of Donte Divincenzo who was out again. Forbes shot over 50% from the field on the night while scoring 19 points.

    Where Was The Bench?

I think the Bucks bench didn’t come home from Atlanta. Scoring just 18 points and dishing out just one assist. Not only could the reserves not help out much offensively, they couldn’t slow down the Grizzlies bench. The Grizzlies bench scored 43 points.

    Duke Beats Wisconsin Again…

A pair of former Blue Devils, Tyus Jones and Grayson Allen really know how to pull on the heart strings of Wisconsin sports fans. Combining for 34 points and 8 made threes they were able to make big play after big play for the Grizzlies. Allen started and put is 26 points on 7 of 10 made threes.

    Good News

The good news is that Giannis played again and started to look like himself. More than the stats show, Giannis looked like he was explosive, mobile, and strong. He was able to drive and score nearly at will even against the wall like defensive scheme the Grizzlies deployed. If Giannis can continue playing like this, and make his free throws like he was before the injury look out for Giannis and this Bucks team.
