The Green Bay Packers defense has been forcing turnovers through the first four games of the regular season leading up to the fifth game against the Los Angeles Rams on the road. Xavier McKinney had four interceptions on the season entering this game and he picked off Matthew Stafford in the third quarter to record his fifth interception on the season.
This is amazing that McKinney has been a ball-hawking safety through the first five games of the 2024 season. He has a chance to be an all-pro at the safety position this season.

A lot of Green Bay Packers have to be happy that the New York Giants did not re-sign McKinney in the offseason. A lot of Giants fans were also upset about McKinney being let go in the offseason.
Goal Of Seven Interceptions
McKinney mentioned to the media that he wants to have at least seven interceptions this season. With the way this is going, he could very well reach it within a couple of games. This season, he has been the best player on the Green Bay Packers’ defense.
It was a huge move to not bring back Darnall Savage and other safeties this off-season. We will see what McKinney has to say during the postgame.
