Week 3 of the 2024 NFL regular season is here but the Green Bay Packers’ win over the Indianapolis Colts at home in Week 2 continues to be talked about for at least a few reasons. During a recent episode of the “New Heights” podcast hosted by former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce and his brother, Kansas City Chiefs star tight end Travis Kelce, shared their thoughts on the “vomit ball” in the Packers-Colts game at Lambeau Field.
For those who missed it, Packers center Josh Myers vomited on the ball before a snap during the first half of the game versus Indianapolis.
“How funny is it? It timed up just as he was in his cadence,” Travis said.
“That’s f—-d up, man. What are we eating before the game, bud? What are we doing? We got to figure out a different pregame meal or something, man. Taking too much pre-workout”
Travis Kelce comments on Green Bay Packers’ ‘vomit ball’
Travis said that it was not the first time he saw (or heard) about someone vomiting during the game, but also admitted that he had never seen someone do it on the actual ball itself, which is something Jason also described as “nasty.”.
“I’ve seen a lot of throwing up on the football field before. Never on the actual football.”
Nevertheless, Myers and the Packers got the job done against the Colts, as they won that game, 16-10.
Hopefully for Malik Willis – or Jordan Love if he plays this Sunday – Myers will not throw up on the ball before snapping it, as Green Bay takes on the Tennessee Titans on the road.
