Packers RB Josh Jacobs fantastic performance against the 49ers
Packers running back Josh Jacobs scored his 2nd touchdown of the game to put Green Bay up 24-7. Packers cashed in turnover with a short drive topped with 49ers pass interference penalty.
Packers led the 49ers 24-10 after three quarters. This San Francisco defense has allowed the Packers to go 5-for-6 on 3rd down conversions so far. The Packers were ranked 22nd in the league on 3rd downs before this game.
Things that stood out from the Packers win against the 49ers
The Packers blew out the 49ers, running the ball at will on offense and having an opportunistic defense that stifled the run all day, keeping SF from getting anything going offensively.
The Packers scored 14 unanswered in the fourth. Green Bay quarterback Love gave a jump ball to wide receiver Malik Heath late in the quarter as the cherry on top of a great win.
Jordan Love completed 13 of 23 passes for 163 yards and two touchdowns. Josh Jacobs had 26 rushes for 106 yards, three touchdowns.
