The Green Bay Packers have signed offensive tackle Spencer Rolland to their practice squad. The former Tar Heel entered the league as an undrafted free agent with the Vikings this past May.

Former Harvard offensive tackle Spencer Rolland transfers to Penn State. He started in all 10 games during the 2019 season at Harvard. In 2020 he didn’t play due to the Ivy League season being canceled.
Rolland started 20 games at Harvard and helped produce the Ivy League’s second-highest scoring offense. Rolland was a First Team All-IVY League Offensive Lineman.

Former Harvard offensive lineman Spencer Rolland pledged to the University of North Carolina after decommitting from Penn State. He had two years of eligibility remaining.
He started 26 games the last two years at right tackle for North Carolina. Spencer Rolland was named a semifinalist for the Campbell Trophy, which is also known as the Academic Heisman. He was an honorable mention All-ACC. Spencer Holland’s opportunity with North Carolina
Rolland started 34 games with the Tar Heels. He’s an expected spring graduate with a degree in mechanical engineering and minor in astrophysics. He also was Drake Maye’s right tackle for a couple of years.

The Vikings signed Spencer Rolland
The Minnesota Vikings waived Spencer Rolland in August. He was the lowest graded offensive Vikings players form the preseason minimum of 30 snaps with a 38.2. Rolland had a grade of a 40.6 from the Eagles preseason game.
Rolland played 60 snaps at left guard for the Vikings in preseason action, allowing one pressure and committing two penalties.
