Many believe the Green Bay Packers are on the brink of Super Bowl contention. Their run to end the 2023 season spoke volumes about the potential of this team. Their window could be wide open being that Green Bay is still one of the youngest teams in the NFL.
Adam Schefter made a pretty significant announcement that will directly impact the future of this team.

While many presumed Love would get a massive contract, him being the highest paid quarterback in the league is a bit of a newer story.
Packers and Love wanted to have this contract signed before the start of training camp on July 22nd. The negotiations, however, appear to be tied to the beginning of training camp.
It is important to note that Love is attending training camp regardless of the contract talks:
“Starting quarterback Jordan Love will be there, even without a contract extension, a source told Packers on SI.
The race is on for the Packers and Love to agree to an extension before training camp begins with the first full-squad practice on Monday. Whether Love would participate in a ‘real practice’ without an extension isn’t known or hasn’t been decided.”
