Green Bay Packers fans had a lot to say on social media today after the NFL released some rather significant news. The NFL released a multitude of rule changes today that will go into effect for the 2023 season and beyond. One of those rules impacted the numbers that players can wear. According to Tom Pelissero:
NFL owners just approved the proposal to allow players to wear Number Zero, I’m told.
This will be the first time in NFL history that players will be allowed to wear the number zero. There is already significant talk from Packers fans regarding who could dawn that number for the 2023 season and beyond.
