The Green Bay Packers will certainly be looking to add talent to their defense this off-season. Going into the 2022 season, many anticipated the Packer defense being a top-five unit in the league. While the defense performed better during the second half of the season, that certainly wasn’t the case year-round. One of the biggest areas of concern for the 2023 unit will be the safety position. It was consistently a liability for the Green Bay Packers in 2022. Adrian Amos, a pending free agent, has already visited with another team. With that being said, the Packers are hosting an extremely talented safety.
Green Bay Packers To Host Florida State S Jammie Robinson

According to Tony Pauline of Pro Football Network:
Safety Jammie Robinson sat on most of his Combine marks but ran the shuttle at FSU’s Pro Day. Several people told me he looked very good in drills, which were run by the Jacksonville Jaguars. Robinson has a handful of official 30 visits, including with the Arizona Cardinals, Las Vegas Raiders, and Green Bay Packers.
Robinson (5-11, 191) played two seasons at Florida State after transferring from South Carolina. Over four collegiate seasons and 47 total games, Robinson produced 319 tackles, 15.5 tackles for loss, seven interceptions, three forced fumbles and 23 pass breakups. He was a back-to-back All-ACC selection at Florida State.
At the combine, Robinson ran the 40-yard dash in 4.59 seconds, hit 33.5″ in the vertical leap, covered 9-8 in the broad jump and finished 23 reps in the bench press. His Relative Athletic Score is 5.97 out of 10.0.
The majority of Robinson’s snaps came as a deep safety or in the slot, but his lack of ideal size at safety and lack of elite athleticism at cornerback could limit his usage in the NFL.
Pauline described Robinson as “very good in drills” during Florida State’s pro day. Evaluators see Robinson as a potential safety/slot corner at the next level.
