The Green Bay Packers are a team to keep an eye on to potentially sign WR Cooper Kupp who the Rams released according to Aaron Wilson. The Titans and Seahawks are also other teams to watch.
When healthy, Kupp is a productive receiver with excellent hands and savvy route-running. Last season he played 11 games and had 67 catches for 710 yards on 10.6 yards per catch.

The Packers have a rising star quarterback Jordan Love with a young crop of wide receivers who would benefit from a veteran addition. No receiver on their team reached the 900-yard mark last season, with Jayden Reed leading the team with 857 receiving yards.
Kupp’s 1.99 Yards Per Route Run would have been 3rd on the Packers, ahead of Romeo Doubs and Dontayvion Wicks. His drop percentage (2.9) would help the team comfortably.

Incorporating Cooper Kupp into the lineup would relieve some pressure from Jayden Reed, Christian Watson, and Romeo Doubs as they continue to grow. Having been named Super Bowl MVP in 2021, Kupp would also bring a championship pedigree to the organization.
The need for veteran experience is not lost on Green Bay as they need a proven #1 wide receiver. Kupp would fit that role and give the Packers a better chance of making it through the competitive NFC next season.
