Every year, the NFLPA puts out a survey to the players. They are to rate each of the teams on a various number of categories. The categories are Treatment of Families, Food Service/Nutrition, Weight Room, Strength Coaches, Training Room, Training Staff, Locker Room, and Team Travel. The team is then given a letter grade and a rank. The Green Bay Packers got high marks on their NFLPA report card.
The NFLPA put out their report cards for each team (based on surveys with the players). The Packers ranked 6th overall, as one of the best/most accommodating teams in the NFL. The biggest issue seemed to be with a perceived outdated locker room and a need for more training staff. pic.twitter.com/8KgKDxGJ91

Green Bay Packers: NFLPA Report Card
Overall the Packers ranked 6th on the list. In all of the categories, they did not get below a B-. They received an A rating in four categories. Food Service/Nutrition, Weight Room, Strength Coaches, and Team Travel were all rated highly by the players. The lower grades were in the Training Room and Locker Room. The players like how much room there is but feel it needs some modernization. The players also stated that the Packers should hire more in-house physical therapists.

Great Look For The Packers
This is great to hear from the players. Green Bay is by no means a destination city and being in a smaller market often means facilities fall behind. While players think the facilities could use a little updating, they are not unhappy about where they come to work. When trying to retain players and even score free agents, being highly ranked is always a plus. The organization should feel good about how it is treating its players.
Interestingly enough, the Minnesota Vikings are ranked no. 1 on the list followed by the Dolphins and Raiders. The bottom of the list is the Washington Commanders with the Cardinals and Chargers joining them at the bottom. The Packers can rest easy knowing that they are running a good team that players like to play for.
