The Green Bay Packers and the rest of the NFL are eagerly awaiting the release of the 2024 schedule. While their opponents have been known for weeks now, the exact dates on which they will play remain unknown. What is known, though, is the Packers will be opening the 2024 NFL season in Brazil.
Weeks ago, the NFL announced that the Packers and the Philadelphia Eagles would play the first ever NFL game in South America. The game will take place on Friday, September 6 at Corinthians Arena in Sao Paolo.
Early Wednesday morning, the NFL released the rest of their international schedule.
The Green Bay Packers Are 1 of 3 NFC North Teams Playing Internationally in 2024

According to the international schedule that was released this morning, the NFL is going to play five games internationally this year.
- Packers vs Eagles in Sao Paolo (September 6 on Peacock)
- New York Jets vs Minnesota Vikings in London (October 6 on NFL Network)
- Jacksonville Jaguars vs Chicago Bears in London (October 13 on NFL Network)
- New England Patriots vs Jacksonville Jaguars in London (October 20 on NFL Network)
- New York Giants vs Carolina Panthers in Munich, Germany (November 10 on NFL Network)
As seen above, the Detroit Lions are the only NFC North team without an international game this year.
Aaron Rodgers and the Jets will face his old rival, the Minnesota Vikings, who also now boast his former teammate, running back Aaron Jones.
The first two London games will take place at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, and the last one will be played at Wembley Stadium.
The Green Bay Packers Look to Have a Better International Game Than Last Time

On October 9, 2022, the Packers lost to the New York Giants in London by the score of 27-22. Aaron Rodgers completed 25 of 39 passes for 222 yards and two touchdowns. Aaron Jones had 13 carries for 63 yards, but did not score.
One forgotten performance from that game was Randall Cobb’s seven receptions for 99 yards. Those are higher totals than he had in his entire season with the New York Jets in 2023.
