The Green Bay Packers are looking at quarterback options ahead of the 2023 NFL Draft this month. The Packers met with Tennessee dual-threat quarterback Hendon Hooker last week. The Packers are meeting with another quarterback this week, and Packers fans had opinions on the player.
According to Rob Demovsky with ESPN, the Packers are set to meet with Penn State quarterback Clifford on Tuesday. The meeting is a “top 30” visit.
The Packers are continuing their predraft quarterback work.

Clifford was a part of the Penn State program for six seasons. He started 46 games for the school and earned offensive MVP for the 2023 Rose Bowl. Clifford would be an option for the Packers to take for a young quarterback to develop and backup Jordan Love. Analysts consider Clifford a day-three pick.
