It was pretty clear early on that the Green Bay Packers were comfortable with their leadership and wanted them to stick around. That is why head coach Matt LaFleur, general manager Brian Gutekunst, and vice president Russ Ball all received contract extensions.
That being said, Green Bay has had to make some significant changes to their coaching staff. Jeff Hafley left to be the next head coach of the Miami Dolphins and took multiple Packers coaches with him. However, they are retaining one specific coach, special teams coordinator Rich Bisaccia, much to the dismay of fans.
As much as fans do not like Bisaccia, though, he is well-respected within the organization and in the NFL as a whole.
Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love praises Rich Bisaccia

Packers quarterback Jordan Love, as usual, is present in media row ahead of the Super Bowl this weekend. Yesterday, he took questions about a variety of topics, including Bissacia:
Jordan Love: “I love Rich (Bisaccia). I think he is a great coach, a great man, a great leader.”
Here at #SuperBowlLX Love was asked about if Bisaccia deserves head coaching opportunities. pic.twitter.com/2M7jiJcJmM

“I love Rich. I think he is a great coach, I think he is a great man. A great leader. “His time will come [to be an NFL head coach]. I am not sure when that will be, but I love having him in Green Bay.”
Fan disapproval of Bisaccia is based on the underwhelming performances of their special teams units over the years.
That being said, it is clear that the organization values what he brings to the table as a coach, and there cannot be a single player found who does not like playing for him.
