As Jordan Love prepares to lead the Green Bay Packers into their Wild Card matchup against the Dallas Cowboys, no one can be disappointed with the way the 2023 season has ended up.
When the season began, the media was giving Green Bay no chance of making the playoffs. After trading Aaron Rodgers, the Packers were supposed to be heading into a full-blown rebuild. Many didn’t think that Love would end up being the quarterback of the future for the franchise either.
Now, he has completely proven himself capable of being the long-term future at quarterback for the Packers. He has also played like an MVP in the second half of the regular season.
Green Bay Packers’ Jordan Love Finished Second In NFL In Amazing Statistic
As shared by Pro Football Focus on X, former known as Twitter, Love finished second in the NFL in red zone passing touchdowns with 25. That’s just another statistic that pops off the charts when talking about Love’s first season as the starter.

Love finished the 2023 regular season with 4,159 yards, 32 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions through the air. He completed 64.2 percent of his passes throughout the season. In addition to his passing numbers, Love picked up 247 yards and four touchdowns on the ground.
Those numbers scream “superstar” in the making. The Packers are in great hands at the quarterback position.
Looking ahead to Sunday’s matchup with the Cowboys, Love will have his biggest test so far. He will be getting his first taste of playoff football against a very good team. If he can pull off that upset victory, the hype will go even higher surrounding Love.
