Green Bay Packers starting quarterback Jordan Love is about as different from his predecessor, Aaron Rodgers, as he can be. The style of play on the football field aside, Love does not seek the spotlight like Rodgers does. While Rodgers has previous dated high-profile celebrities, Love has been dating his girlfriend, Ronika Stone, for several years.
Love and Stone are not the type of couple that goes out looking for attention. Stone posts several videos of her and Love on Instagram and TikTok that give her followers a glimpse into their life together, but for the most part they are relatively private.
Which is why it was quite the surprise when Love shared an exciting development in Stone’s professional life during his media session on Wednesday: she has signed a contract to play volleyball for San Diego Pro Volleyball.

Due to the couple’s privacy, not many fans may be aware that Stone is an elite athlete herself from an athletic family. Her father, Ron Stone, was a three-time Pro Bowl offensive lineman who won a Super Bowl with the Dallas Cowboys. For her part, Ronika Stone is an elite volleyball player who holds several school record at Oregon.
During his media session on Wednesday, Love told reporters that Stone recently signed a contract to play professional volleyball in San Diego. He spent his Bye Week with her in California visiting her new facility and meeting her coaches.
Stone herself previously announced the signing on her Instagram account.
She previously played professionally in France, Puerto Rico, and for the Athletes Unlimited League.
