Many Green Bay Packers fans breathed a sigh of relief after their team managed to get one over the Los Angeles Rams over the weekend. Some may claim the game was a bit closer than they would have liked, but everyone would agree they’re happy to see their team back in the win column.
Jordan Love was a major talking point for Packers fans and the rest of the NFL regarding the 24-19 game. There were still a couple of issues that must be ironed out for the 25-year-old field general to turn the Green Bay offense into an elite unit. However, he had a pretty decent performance against a team that’s struggling mightily in the NFC.

One analyst did point out that Love still has quite a ways to go before he bounces back to his form in 2023, but the game against the Rams shows encouraging signs that those times are coming sooner than later.
Analyst thinks Jordan Love’s form for the Green Bay Packers in 2023 is due to return sooner than later

Yardbarker’s Andrew Kuhla looked into the Utah State alum’s performance last season and compared it with his relatively rocky start in 2024. While he did say that the young QB is still trying to force his way out of a rut, there are encouraging signs that Packers fans can look forward to:
There was a stretch last season where he threw 18 touchdowns compared to just one interception. He proved to be lethal and accurate as he led the Packers to a surprise playoff berth.
So far in 2024, Love has thrown eight touchdowns, but he’s also thrown five picks. That includes three interceptions in a loss to the Minnesota Vikings and a bone-headed pick-six against the Rams.
That was certainly a low point for Love’s early career, but interestingly enough, a trait he showed all last season reared up again against the Rams.
He made a terrible mistake, but then followed that up by leading the Pack back down the field for three important points before halftime. He also threw two touchdowns in the third quarter to tight end Tucker Kraft, highlighting an incredible bounce back for a young quarterback.
Jordan Love is having a good season for Green Bay so far. He’s notched 873 passing yards, eight TDs, and five picks through three starts against tough opposition.

If he manages to clean up his play and become more decisive under center, it’s not strange to expect another 4000-yard season from the Green Bay talisman.
