The Green Bay Packers are riding high going into the 2024 season. That is due largely in part to the run they went on at the end of the 2023 season. Over their last 10 games they went 7-3 and knocked off the number two seed Dallas Cowboys in the Wild Card round of the playoffs.
Jordan Love was at the center of the Packers’ success. Over the latter half of the 2023 season, Love was playing like one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL.
Colin Cowherd thinks Love deserves his flowers.

Now let me be clear, this is “shocking” because Cowherd has historically criticized the Packers. No matter their accomplishments, he has regularly had a negative opinion on them. Not anymore.
In addition to leading Green Bay to nine regular-season wins and a wild card rout of the Cowboys, Love finished second in the NFL in touchdown passes (32), fifth in passing efficiency, and ninth in passer rating (QBR). Love, who will lead the youngest offense in the league in 2024, could be a contender for the MVP award.
Down the stretch, Love took the NFL by storm. Despite a rocky start, Love threw 18 touchdown passes compared to one interception over the final eight games of his first season as the starter.
Love is expected to be inked to a long-term contract in the very near future making him one of the highest paid quarterbacks in the league. Many think he has certainly earned it.
