Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love picked up his first win as a starting quarterback last season against the Chicago Bears. That was in Week 1 of the 2023 season and he also defeated Chicago in Week 18 of last season as well. Former Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers was very happy that Love was able to keep the win streak going against the Chicago Bears.
Entering the 2024 season, Green Bay has beaten Chicago 10 consecutive times. Bears fans have been talking trash before the season because they finally believe they have their main quarterback. Caleb Williams is a rookie from the USC Trojans who was selected number one overall in the 2024 NFL Draft.
He has yet to play a down in the NFL. Love is being discussed in MVP talks in 2024. He also recently got a huge payday for the Packers.
Green Bay Packers Quarterback Jordan Love Talks About the Chicago Bears Rivalry With Kay Adams
The Packers star quarterback spoke to Kay Adams of the “Up and Adams Show.” She was at Green Bay’s training camp interviewing Jordan Love. Adams asked Love what his favorite rivalry game was. He responded:
“I think the Bears are a great game. NFC North rival game and the history goes back with that rivalry… It’s one of those games that you got to wake up and get ready for cause it’s not an easy game.”
Kay Adams then added:
“It’s not really a rivalry though as of late there Jordan.”
Jordan Love responded to that message after that by saying:
“You said it, not me.”
Kay Adams is not wrong that the Green Bay Packers have owned the Chicago Bears over the last several years. The last time the Bears beat them was back during the 2018 season when Chicago won the NFC North title with a 13-3 record. Mitchell Trubisky was the starting quarterback for the Bears and Matt Nagy was the head coach then.
Bears fans believe that they can finally beat the Packers this season. Will it happen? It remains to be seen but the Packers and Jordan Love can’t be underestimated.
