Just like the Green Bay Packers, the Detroit Lions are no longer in contention for Super Bowl 59. The Lions topped the NFC North division with a 15-2 record, but that was wasted in an embarrassing 45-31 home loss at the hands of Jayden Daniels and the Washington Commanders last Saturday.

Of course, Packers fans took that opportunity to make fun of the Lions. Even Green Bay wide receiver Jayden Reed joined in when he shared a hilarious three-word post as a reaction to Detroit’s early exit from the playoffs via an upset loss at Ford Field.

“Down goes Frazier,” Reed shared in a post that has since been deleted.

Barstool’s screenshot of Reed’s post has garnered plenty of reactions, with a lot coming from seemingly salty Lions fans.

“All three wide receivers on the lions are better than Reed,” said a fan.

Another one said: “Guys gonna be asking barstool for a job soon based on his play”

“Dude got knocked out last week and only had 46 yards lol,” commented an X user.

    “Loser activities,” another comment read.

In any case, nothing is going to change the fact that the Lions will have to wait for at least the next season to win their first-ever Super Bowl.
