The Green Bay Packers before the 2022 NFL Draft traded away wide receiver Davante Adams to the Las Vegas Raiders. It was a shock that the Packers traded him away.

This occurred a year before the Packers decided to trade away quarterback Aaron Rodgers to the New York Jets. Adams was traded to the Jets during the 2024 season after playing a couple of seasons with the Raiders. There is a slim chance that Davante Adams could be back in Green Bay next season.
Joe Summers of dairylandexpress.com Thinks That Las Vegas Raiders Jakobi Meyers Could Be Traded To the Green Bay Packers

On Tuesday at the Senior Bowl, Green Bay Packers general manager Brian Gutekunst was talking to members of the Las Vegas Raiders. Right away, some fans thought that there could be a potential trade looming between the two franchises.
Some fans want the Packers to trade for Raiders superstar pass rusher Maxx Crosby this offseason. However, Joe Summers of dairylandexpress.com thinks that there are three potential players that Green Bay could trade for this offseason from the Raiders. One of those players is wide receiver Jakobi Meyers. Summers said:
“The Packers need some sort of upgrade at wide receiver with Christian Watson facing a long recovery from the significant knee injury he suffered. Jakobi Meyers has become a high-level player coming off his first 1,000-yard season, making him the ideal veteran addition to this wideout group.
He’s only 28 years old with a managable cap hit next year, after which he’ll become a free agent. Meyers caught 87 passes for 1,027 yards and four TDs despite some of the NFL’s worst quarterback play, so it’s exciting to imagine what he could do with Jordan Love, to say nothing of Matt LaFleur’s offensive scheme.
Originally an undrafted free agent with the New England Patriots, Meyers burst onto the scene in his second season with 729 yards. He’s eclipsed at least 800 in each of the last four campaigns since, playing in at least 14 games every year.
That last part is crucial given the injuries the Packers have dealt with at the position. Green Bay needs stability, making Meyers a logical fit. If the Raiders don’t intend on re-signing him after his contract is up in 2025, or if he doesn’t want to stay with a struggling franchise, then the Packers represent a perfect trade partner.
Should Green Bay make the move, Meyers could lead the team in receiving immediately.”
Meyers this past season with poor quarterback play from the Raiders caught 87 passes for 1,029 yards receiving and four touchdowns, along with averaging 11.8 yards per reception. He was targeted 129 times. Jakobi Meyers is 28 years old and is 6’2″ and weighs 200 lbs. He would no doubt be a good cheap alternative option for the Packers.
Other Avenues

The Green Bay Packers have not had a 1,000-yard receiver on the roster for the past two seasons. Meyers coming into the mix would be good for them. However, if they don’t trade for the Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver, there are other avenues that the franchise could explore.
DeAndre Hopkins will be a free agent and the Kansas City Chiefs may not bring him back. Darius Slayton won’t be brought back by the New York Giants and he will be an interesting free-agent option. Tee Higgins will be the biggest name on the free agent market.
If the Green Bay Packers do not sign or trade for anyone before the NFL Draft, there is a chance that they will address the wide receiver issue then. Green Bay needs to fix some wide receiver issues on the roster before the 2025 NFL season begins.
