The Packers improve to 1-1 on the season and the Colts drop to 0-2 on the year. It was the Packers home opener and this was a big win for them.

After the game, Jaire Alexander spoke to Matt Schneidman of The Athletic for the Green Bay Packers. Alexander was asked about the Packers controlling the game on the ground. Alexander said:
“I was literally just sitting back enjoying my Gatorade. Felt amazing. This might be the shortest film that we watch all season.”
That’s funny with the Packers cornerback saying that. We will see how much film Green Bay will have to watch this week reviewing the Colts game. The Packers’ defense picked off Anthony Richardson three times in this football game.
Josh Jacobs Has a Big Day On the Ground

Josh Jacobs had a big day on the ground for the Packers. He rushed for 151 yards on 32 carries. Jacobs did not score a touchdown in this game. The lone touchdown in the game for Green Bay came on a 14-yard pass from Malik Willis to Dontayvion Wicks in the first quarter.
Jacobs got his money’s worth for this game. As for Emanuel Wilson, he rushed for 41 yards on six carries for Greeb Bay. The running game is going to need to win them football games until Jordan Love comes back from injury.
