The Green Bay Packers have seen a number of former players and even staff members join the New York Jets this off-season. Of course, that is headlined by the massive Aaron Rodgers trade. However, that hasn’t been all. The Jets signed former Packers wide receiver Allen Lazard this off-season and brought on former offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett. It would appear there is one more former Packers player signing with the Jets, and this one got a brutal response from Packers fans.
Green Bay Packers Fans Rip Billy Turner Signing With The New York Jets
The #Jets are signing veteran OL Billy Turner to a 1-yr deal worth up to $3.15 million, per source.
It’s the latest reunion with Aaron Rodgers and Nathaniel Hackett, who coached Turner in Green Bay and Denver. Turner has 75 career starts.

Billy Turner started 43 games for the Green Bay Packers from 2019-2021. Green Bay won three straight NFC North titles during that span. Aaron Rodgers also won a pair of NFL MVP awards. In the 2022 season, Turner played eight games for the Denver Broncos during Nathaniel Hackett’s brief time as a head coach.
Hackett was also the Packers’ offensive coordinator from 2019-2021. The same position that he holds now with the New York Jets. Turner could potentially start for the Jets at right tackle. Mekhi Becton is New York’s projected starter, but he’s only played one game in the last two seasons. When Green Bay Packers fans saw this signing, they went off on social media:

Sounds Like Arron want the Jets to become packers since he wanting all Packers players.He will screw the Jets up like he did the Packers I have lost all respect for Rogers like he gave up on his team the last three years.I am no longer a Roger fan.He needs to just retire and go on his way.
