The Green Bay Packers will have a completely different look in 2023. Their franchise-altering off-season started in the form of the massive Aaron Rodgers trade. The Green Bay Packers and New York Jets finalized their trade for Aaron Rodgers just days before the 2023 NFL Draft.
The fallout from that has been ongoing before and after the trade went down. Allen Lazard, Nathaniel Hackett, Randall Cobb, and Billy Turner have all made their way to the Jets this off-season. However, it didn’t stop there, Robert Tonyan signed with the Chicago Bears, Dean Lowry signed with the Minnesota Vikings, and Adrian Amos is still a pending free agent. After all of that, there will still be one more player leaving the Packers this off-season.
Green Bay Packers Fans React To Goodbye Message From Tight End Marcedes Lewis

As Jordan Siegler of Wisconsin Sports Heroics first reported, Marcedes Lewis said his goodbye tonight on Twitter:
Marcedes Lewis makes an announcement
Lewis made an announcement on Twitter Sunday night. Lewis seems confident in himself and in his personal journey as he takes the next step after his time with the Packers:
“In love with the journey .. but more importantly what the journey consists of. Not being that great at something, failing, staying diligent, and then conquering that task .. starting a new journey, starting over, and then doing it again.
When you fall in love with the journey, naturally everything else takes care of itself, the goals just happen. You hit milestones, as a byproduct. Whether it’s lifting hella weight or running hella fast.
Don’t get me wrong, all that is cool, but not as gratifying as the journey and processes you go through to reach your personal best. Everything always feels better when you have to thrive in those uncomfortable spaces, and and earn what’s coming to you. I trust in that.
Bet on yourself”
Green Bay Packers fans took to twitter in waves to express their emotions in “Big Dog” being done in Green Bay:
