Jordan Love and the Green Bay Packers are back in the United States after a tough loss to the Philadelphia Eagles last Friday in Brazil. What made the defeat even harder to swallow was the occurrence of Jordan Love’s injury late in the contest.
Love was trying to earn some yards on what was the Packers’ final drive of the Eagles game but he ended up injuring his knee. It was later diagnosed as a sprained MCL injury, which is much less serious than what most people feared it to be.
During the Packers’ arrival at Austin Straubel Airport, many fans online noticed that Love was looking just fine while exiting the plane (via Avi Carr-Gloth of NBC 26).

Many fans who reacted to the video of Love alighting the plane seemingly felt encouraged by the quarterback’s movement.

“He looks fine. Doesn’t even look like a sprain. Wouldn’t shock me if he misses no time”- @JahariKavi
“I see no issue here, he goes down steps just like I do” – @iamutch
“He looks sore but not injured” – @ShaneMARQUIS7
“I mean he’s favoring his knee coming down but he’s on his own and not like anyone has to help him nor does he have anything on a his leg. We may have dodged a bullet here. ”- @Johosophat
When will Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love return from injury?
The good news for Love and the Packers is that the injury isn’t ending his season. However, he will not be available to play in the next few weeks. The estimate is that he will be out for 3-6 weeks. That means at the earliest, Love will be back on the field in Week 4 against the Minnesota Vikings at home or in Week 5 versus the Los Angeles Rams on the road.
