Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love has not practiced this week, as he continues to deal with an injury he suffered in Week 1. However, the Packers have not ruled him out for this coming Sunday’s game at Lambeau Field against the Philadelphia Eagles. In fact, they have him listed as questionable for Week 2’s matchup versus the visiting Indianapolis Colts.

The team announced Love’s questionable status on Friday, with many fans online expressing their surprise (and doubt) over the development.

Love sustained an MCL injury late in Week 1’s loss to the Eagles in Brazil. The expectation remains that he ill be sidelined for at least a week but likely more beyond the Colts game on Sunday.  Malik Willis is trending as the starter versus Indianapolis, with Sean Clifford as the backup.

Apart from Love, running back MarShawn Lloyd and wide receiver Jordan Reed are deemed questionable by the Packers at the moment with hamstring and Calf issues, respectively.

Assuming Love doesn’t play on Sunday and is not placed on the injured reserve, the soonest he can return to action will be in Week 3 against the Tennessee Titans on the road.
