The Green Bay Packers got back on their feet right away following a 34-31 loss to the Detroit Lions in Week 14 on the road. After that defeat, Jordan Love and company flexed their muscles at Lumen Field and took down the Seattle Seahawks last Sunday via a score of 30-13. A playoff spot is nearly secured by the Packers, though, there is still work left to do for them.
One question raised by ESPN concerning the Packers is whether the team can win out in the next three weeks.
Can the Packers run the table? After winning in Seattle, the Packers have one road game remaining: at Minnesota in Week 17. The Vikings already won at Lambeau Field in Week 4, and as of Sunday night, they had a two-game lead on the Packers in the loss column. The other two games are against the Saints (5-9) and Bears (4-9). If Green Bay wins out, it will carry a four-game winning streak into the playoffs.
Green Bay Packers remaining games after Week 15 win vs. Seattle Seahawks
Apart from the Minnesota Vikings game in the Twin Cities in Week 17, the other assignments left for Green Bay are looking very winnable. Up ahead for the Packers in Week 16 is a date with the New Orleans Saints, who are unlikely to make it to the postseason.
Moreover, it appears that the Saints will not have injured quarterback Derek Carr for the remainder of the campaign. Meanwhile, the regular season finale for the Packers against the Bears is a rematch. Green Bay escaped with a 20-19 win over Chicago at Soldier Field in Week 11. However, the Bears are on a downward spiral, as they are currently on an eight-game losing skid.
