The Green Bay Packers have suffered a few brutal injuries today against the Los Angeles Chargers. In the second quarter the Packers lost Aaron Jones to what appears to be a significant knee injury. Now it appears the Packers will be down a second running back.
Green Bay Packers Lose Running Back Emanuel Wilson To Gruesome Injury Against The Los Angeles Chargers
Pete Dougherty of the Green Bay Press-Gazette reports Wilson (shoulder) will miss the rest of Sunday’s game against the Chargers. The Packers are now down to one healthy running back, AJ Dillon, with Aaron Jones (knee) also ruled out. According to Dr. Jessica Flynn:
Packers RB Emanuel Wilson appeared to dislocate his left shoulder as he was pushed out of bounds. Medical team attempted reduction on the sideline and he was carted to the locker room. Unfortunately don’t anticipate that he will be able to return today. Aaron Jones also likely sidelined the rest of the day with a left knee injury
