Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love was wearing a Brett Favre jersey before the matchup against the Minnesota Vikings at home. Favre announced last week that he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease and Love wanted to pay tribute to him.
Love had a typical Favre-like performance by completing 32-of-54 passes for 389 yards, four touchdowns, and three interceptions. Green Bay lost the game against the Minnesota Vikings 31-29 on Sunday afternoon after the Packers trailed 28-0 at one point in the game.
Green Bay Packers Legend Brett Favre Has Message For Jordan Love After the Game
Love did all he could to will the Packers back into the game, but they fell short. Green Bay is 2-2 on the season and Minnesota has improved to 4-0 on the season. Brett Favre posted on his Twitter page after the game about Jordan Love:
“Dear Jordan: Just a reminder that one game, one play, or one pass doesn’t define you. Way to show resilience today. You have a long career ahead. Just keep going forward. #4”
This is showing good support from Brett Favre. He is paying back the respect Love showed him earlier in the day.

I support this message! Love will have a great career. One bad game does not mean anything in the long term.

Dontayvion Wicks caught a 6-yard touchdown pass and a 17-yard touchdown pass, and Tucker Kraft caught a 13-yard touchdown pass. Love will need to clean up the turnovers moving forward.
