The Green Bay Packers made a coaching change already this offseason, firing defensive line coach Jason Rebrovich, who was retained by Jeff Hafley when he took over for Joe Barry as defensive coordinator. Additionally, quarterbacks coach Tom Clements announced his [second] retirement from coaching.
However, head coach Matt LaFleur, who has proven he can lead both young aging teams to the NFL Playoffs, is not going anywhere.
And now, the same can be true of his offensive coordinator, Adam Stenavich.
Green Bay Packers OC Adam Stenavich Passed Over for the Chicago Bears Head Coaching Job
Last week, it was reported that Stenavich, who has been with Green Bay since 2019, was a candidate for the Chicago Bears head coaching job. Mike McCarthy, the Packers former head coach, was also interviewed for the position.
However, both have been passed over in favor of [now former] Detroit Lions offensive coordinator Ben Johnson, who had the favorite to be named to the position ever since the Bears fired Matt Eberflus midseason.
A new day in Chicago: The #Bears are finalizing a deal to hire Ben Johnson as their head coach, per sources.

While this is, at least in theory, a great move by the Bears and the development of their star quarterback, Caleb Williams, it is a devastating blow to the Lions. Not only have they lost their offensive coordinator, but their defensive coordinator, Aaron Glenn, is also expected to be hired as a head coach by one of the teams still in the market for one.
The New York Jets, who still have Aaron Rodgers under contract, are among the teams reportedly interested in hiring Glenn.
