The Green Bay Packers suddenly seem to have more suitors for four-time MVP Aaron Rodgers. It has been over three weeks since Aaron Rodgers declared he intends to play for the New York Jets in 2023. However, with seemingly no progress toward that trade actually happening, multiple other teams have reportedly entered the mix for the four-time MVP quarterback. One of those teams could surprise everyone, and land a near top-ten pick in the 2023 NFL Draft.
Tennessee Titans Could Offer Serious First-Round Draft Pick For QB Aaron Rodgers

According to Brad Gagnon of Bleacher Report:
Considering how deeply Aaron Rodgers has been tied to the New York Jets, it’s highly improbable that the Green Bay Packers will deal the four-time MVP to another team. But a move to the Jets wouldn’t exactly turn the league upside down because we’ve all been accounting for it throughout the offseason.
Instead, if the Titans are indeed interested in trading up for one of the draft’s top four quarterbacks, you can’t help but wonder if they might also be willing to sell that No. 11 selection in exchange for Rodgers.
Keep in mind that Tennessee has a higher first-round pick than New york (No. 13) to offer Green Bay. And even if a first-round selection in this year’s draft isn’t needed specifically to land Rodgers, the advantage in terms of draft capital could help put the Titans over the top.
And really, the only thing that would make the AFC even more wild in 2023 than Tennessee’s suddenly becoming a player with a blue-chip quarterback would be for the legendary Rodgers to jump into an offensive backfield with Henry on a team that is always in contention.
The Green Bay Packers winding up with the 11th overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft would be better than most people could have predicted going into this trade saga. The Titans certainly fit the bill of a quarterback needy team. The Green Bay Packers would love to still trade Aaron Rodgers to the AFC, and land a first-round pick in the process. A proposed trade between the Tennessee Titans and Green Bay Packers could look something like this:
Tennessee Titans Receive:
- QB Aaron Rodgers
Green Bay Packers Receive:
- 2023 First Round Pick (11th Overall)
- 2023 Third Round Pick (72nd Overall)
- 2023 Sixth Round Pick (186th Overall)
